有錢出錢,有力出力

聯盟從成立到現在，所有的經費運作大多都是仰賴內部的捐款。

有朋友建議，聯盟應該有一個公開的帳號，讓有意願以金錢資助的朋友，提供協助。

於是，在2005年的歲末，決定以現任召集人鍾秉穎的銀行帳號做為捐款帳戶，

2006年3月正式公布給外界，只要有任何一筆捐款匯入，都會上網公告，
並且公開經費使用狀況及額度。
